The enlightened wealth institute was founded by world famous real estate investor and NY Times best selling author, Robert G. Allen and Tom Painter.

Robert G. Allen is the author of two of the largest selling financial books in history; both New York Times best sellers that are read by millions of people in the past 20 years.  I have read and absolutely enjoyed those two books,  “The One Minute Millionaire, and Multiple Streams of Income: How to Generate a Lifetime of Unlimited Wealth.

In fact, one of my first instructors when I took an enlightened wealth institute course, was Karen Nelson Bell, who the main character in “The One Minute Millionaire” was modeled after!

Real estate investment can be a very lucrative, beneficial and exciting form of investment which can help you collect wealth to provide financial stability for the future. It is also possible to earn a lot of profit without making high initial investment. This involves four main strategies. • Real estate sighting- Start looking out for real estate which you may get at a cheaper rate or is a good deal. Do a lot of research and explore all your options. These kinds of people are generally called bird dogs. • Whole selling - This method involves approaching the land owner, negotiating a sale price and putting it out under sale. Instead of actually buying it yourself you assign it to another investor. • Double Closing – It is possible to find owners who are motivated to sell their property. In such cases it is possible to get 45 percent discount on the price by assigning it to another buyer and keeping the profit with yourself. • The fourth strategy involves purchasing a property from a seller based on the existing financial situation. You can buy the property by merely acknowledging the existing financing without assuming legal responsibilities. Thus it is possible to make money in real estate without actually having a huge initial investment.

Investing in real estate is indeed a very good option which has been done by millions of people around the world.  Recently the media have been reporting the falling of real estate prices and have suggested that real estate investment is a very bad option now.
