The good and the bad when hiring a real estate lawyer
Well the one thing the enlightened wealth institute did not teach me was something no one can teach you until you have need of one…how to hire a lawyer!

Now most people are a little skeptical about hiring attorneys as they think that attorneys are out there to take away their hard-earned money and they bill more than they work. To cut a long story short most people do not have a very good impression about lawyers and the legal system, but it is not true at all….as long as you know how to find a good one!
In fact, if you are skeptical about taking the help of real estate attorney then you are actually treading into troubled waters. Here is the risk that you are running by not hiring a real estate attorney to take care of your property dealings. For example, having an attorney review one of your ‘creative real estate deals’ documents may save you thousands down the road as he/she may catch just one paragraph that you must have to keep yourself safe from litigation and difficult eviction processes down the road if your rent to own tenant stops paying your rent. Now, isn’t that worth paying someone $250 to review your contracts that could prevent $8,000 down the road in costs?
