“The Enlightened Wealth Institute offers FREE 3 Day Intensive workshops teaching you how to make money in today’s market. It is a no brainer to go and rub elbows with other people who are also looking for ways to capitalize on the foreclosure real estate market and the free three days are taught by people who actually have gone out and created multiple streams of income from real estate and info-preneuring!”
- Tammy Powell, successful millionaire real estate investor
My review of the enlightened wealth institute courses:
Overview
The enlightened wealth institute was founded by world famous real estate investor and NY Times best selling author, Robert G. Allen and Tom Painter.
Robert G. Allen is the author of two of the largest selling financial books in history; both New York Times best sellers that are read by millions of people in the past 20 years. I have read and absolutely enjoyed those two books, “The One Minute Millionaire, and Multiple Streams of Income: How to Generate a Lifetime of Unlimited Wealth.
In fact, one of my first instructors when I took an enlightened wealth institute course, was Karen Nelson Bell, who the main character in “The One Minute Millionaire” was modeled after!
The best way to learn more about the enlightened wealth institute is to simply take them up on the FREE three day course they offer by clicking below:

I have taken many real estate investing courses, bought a kaboodle of investing and internet marketing books, ebooks and courses and here are the reasons why the enlightened wealth institute ranks 5 out of 5 for me:
- They offer FREE workshops that are intense, taught by successful millionaires, and that is the best way to get a feel for whether you like the education and tactics taught that you won’t get taught in any MBA school on “How To Make Money”
- The instructors are entrepreneurs themselves so understand the challenges you face when just ’starting out’.
- It is the only intensive ‘how to make money’ courses that offer continuous support and coaching such as the weekly wealth coaching teleseminars offered up practically every day, the 90 day challenge that gets you focused and motivated, Bob’s personal weekly calls discussing the importance of ‘inner wealth’ in your life.
- The EWI (Enlightened Wealth Institute) is the only wealth and entrepreneur education out there that really establishes a sense of community by encouraging you to attend the quarterly ‘WEALTH Retreats‘ that are also FREE and to become part of the “Millionaire Hall of Fame” where you are encouraged to donate to charity, track your wealth progress, and see other students success stories so that you become even more motivated! Whan I first started, after reading and seeing millionaire success stories on the stage…all I could think was “if he can do it…I can do it“ and that really motivated me to stay on my entrepreneurial path…especially because sometimes your family or friends don’t provide that type of support and encouragement to you!
- There are a multitude of workshops in any given city, at any given month so you don’t have to worry about travelling too far to attend!
- The instructors are phenomenal! After taking the internet real estate course, the instructors offered even more coaching then expected by having weekly calls to help you with your website and marketing strategies…on one call, I got private one on one training from the best and walked away with a customized business plan for my entire internet business!
- I could go on and on here about the benefits so all I can say is that you have nothing to lose by simply checking out the next free workshop in your area!

Selling Drives Traffic
TRAFFIC = MONEY
- Ebay is the World’s Biggest Shopping Center
- Viewers are potential shoppers
- Bidders are potential buyers (they genuinely want to buy and can probably afford it)
- 5 to 25% will go click a link “we do 100% financing” click here – strong wording!
- Links are paying traffics
- How to pick a title (research the cool titles “and you can put 2 titles on real estate” bigger oceanfront, waterfront, no bank qual, owner financing, we carry paper
- Grab their attention with a great picture
These are just some of the great lessons I learned at the enlightened wealth institute’s course “Internet Real Estate Marketing”!
Are the lessons worth it?
Well - would you think they are worth it if it made you over $50,000 in real estate assignments in less than four months like it did for me?

Ahhhh…Time to find a good real estate lawyer! A good lawyer will not only help in dealing with residential real estate, but also assist you with your business entities to deal with real estate issues that are commercial in character. These include almost all the factors like sale, purchase, mortgage, lease, foreclosures, zoning, eminent domain, and so on. Read the rest of this entry »

Yes Virginia, there is risk in real estate investing! No one can guarantee that the investment you have done will allow you to stay in the market or not and that is why it is so important for you to stay on top of the real estate trends in your local area…even to the zip code. If you can invest some time to do some research-work or a market survey on the emerging trends in a particular area, this will help you to take better decisions regarding your real estate investing business, and result can be an outstanding one as you can sell or buy when you see the trends happening. There is a type of real estate investing which is called “flipping” that I learned at the enlightened wealth institute. It is funny that other industries don’t use the terms as much but in reality, many stock traders and day traders ‘flip’ stocks and foreign currency positions more often than real estate investors. When a stock trader buys a stock at $100 per share and sells it at $110 a share, he or she has ‘flipped’ the stock….yet we never hear such terminology now do we? Read the rest of this entry »
