My goal when I took the wholesaling course at the enlightened wealth institute was to maximize my cash flow ASAP and take little risk at the same time!
Well, rehabbing will get you more CASH…but it will take more RISK and MORE TIME to get that into your bank account! With bills collecting and my back up against the wall…nirvana was found in wholesale real estate investing!
